1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GSAPify ("the Service"), operated at gsapify.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GSAPify provides GSAP animation resources including an AI-powered animation generator, pre-built animation effects, tutorials, guides, and related tools for web developers and designers.

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features are available through subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are available within the first 7 days of a new subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Upload malicious code or content
• Abuse the AI generation system (e.g., excessive requests, spam)

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, content, guides, and code examples, is owned by GSAPify and protected by intellectual property laws. Code generated by the AI Animation Generator is provided for your use in your projects. Pre-built animation effects included in your subscription plan are licensed for use in your projects.

GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform) is a product of GreenSock, Inc. GSAPify is not affiliated with or endorsed by GreenSock, Inc. GSAP and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

7. AI-Generated Content

The AI Animation Generator creates animation code based on your prompts. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated code is provided "as is" and may require modification for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any generated code before using it in production.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GSAPify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
